Through the National Telematics Framework, TCA supports the automotive industry achieve a sustainable approach to telematics and related technologies, by providing:

Advice on C-ITS in Australia and global harmonisation

Accreditation through type-approval of hardware and the certification of services, in addition to the management of pilots and trials of technology, including the NSW Mandatory Alcohol Interlock Program (MAIP) and Intelligent Speed Management (ISM).
