Chris Koniditsiotis, Chief Executive Officer

Chris Koniditsiotis is the Chief Executive Officer of Transport Certification Australia.

With more than 30 years experience, Chris has held senior executive positions nationally and internationally including National Project Director Austroads and Project Director for a World Bank initiative.

Chris believes a key to success is development of a strong values based personal and organisational culture and a spirit of stakeholder management in an increasingly complex public/private sector environment.

Chris holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees, undertaken senior leadership and management programs, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has held a number of board directorships. Current board directorships include Intelligent Transport Systems Australia and President of the International Society for Weigh-in-Motion.

Gavin Hill, General Manager Strategic Development

Gavin joined TCA in 2011. He has a diverse background in the area of road transport regulation and national reform, and addresses public policy needs through the use of telematics and other intelligent technologies. Gavin has managed the implementation of national regulatory and non-regulatory telematics and ITS programs, and led national and state-based reform to deliver public purpose outcomes.

Gavin has an Honours Degree in Economics, and Master’s Degree in Public Administration for the Graduate School of Government at The University of Sydney.

Paul Corkill, General Manager Operations

Paul joined TCA in 2015. Paul is responsible for managing TCA’s operational obligations for the Intelligent Access Program, the Interim On-Board Mass solution and administration of the National Telematics Data Clearing House. Prior to joining TCA, Paul has successfully led the development and administration of a range of licensing and certification schemes through his experience in regulation of the Maritime and Taxi sectors.

Philip Lloyd, General Manager Implementation

Philip joined TCA in 2016, with 25 years of engineering, project, product and business management experience in the Intelligent Transport Systems industry.

Through a series of roles, Philip has been responsible for conceiving and bringing to market solutions and technologies whose core features, architecture and integration provide powerful platforms for delivering customers' business outcomes.

Heather Hausler, General Manager Corporate Operations

Heather joined TCA in 2017. Heather has extensive senior executive leadership experience in a number Commonwealth Agencies. Prior to joining TCA she was the Group Manager Operations at Fair Work Building and Construction and was the inaugural Assistant Commissioner Corporate at the Australian Building and Construction Commission when it was first established in 2005. She is a past State Manager in the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and a Regional Director in the Department of Industrial Relations.

Ms Hausler has a Bachelor of Business degree from Victoria University and a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Management from Monash University.
