Quality Policy Statement

At Transport Certification Australia (TCA), owned by Austroads, we are committed to delivering high-quality, secure, and innovative services that contribute to the development and delivery of Australasian transport outcomes by:

  • providing telematics related services,
  • providing assurance on transport technologies and data,
  • developing and promoting national practices; and;
  • providing professional advice to member organisations and national and international bodies.

Our Management Systems are designed to comply with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 standards. We regularly review and enhance these systems to drive on-going operational excellence and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.

To fulfil this policy, we commit to:

  • Setting, reviewing, and achieving measurable objectives aligned with our strategic direction.

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its continuing suitability and is communicated to all employees and relevant interested parties.

Our Management Systems have been certified by the SAI Global certification authority to the following standards:

  • ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems standard
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System standard.
