Choose a service provider

The service providers listed below are approved by TCA to offer application services for schemes associated with the Road Infrastructure Management (RIM), the Telematics Monitoring Application (TMA) and/or the Intelligent Access Program (IAP) applications of the National Telematics Framework.

The specific services each ASP can offer are determined by their level of certification, as shown in the table below.

Some TMA or IAP schemes require vehicles to use:

Smart OBM Systems; or
a user interface, for entry of self-declared comments and/or vehicle type/total combination mass.

Pairing requirements:

For TMA schemes that require Smart OBM, the Smart OBM system must be paired with a certified ASP to conform with scheme requirements. Pairings between Smart OBM system suppliers and certified ASPs is available here.
