Position - Personal Assistant


Job Summary

Transport Certification Australia (TCA) seeks a highly skilled and professional Personal Assistant to join its growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an efficient and proactive individual to provide support to this dynamic, innovative organisation.

The Administration Assistant role will support all TCA departments with administration services, as well as provide a backup service to the Office Manager and Executive Assistant.  The role is responsible for coordinating periodic reporting of projects, preparing and updating report documentation, records management and providing project support as required.

Position - Communications Manager


Job Summary

Transport Certification Australia (TCA) seeks an experienced Communications Manager to join its growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual, who has a hands-on approach that thrives in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Leading TCA’s communications function through the preparation and release of targeted media releases, news alerts and other communication methods to provide messaging and information to specific stakeholders
  • Tailoring and crafting communication messages to meet the needs of specific target audiences
  • Managing the development and publication of all TCA public facing content, including media releases, news alerts, corporative documents and the TCA website (including regular maintenance and update of content)
  • Generating high-quality written material – and distilling complex subject matter – with an emphasis on readability, accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitoring media coverage relevant to TCA’s Strategic Plan, and provision of TCA’s Advice, Accreditation and Administration services on a daily basis, and preparing reports to the TCA Board
  • Periodically organise meetings and events.
