Position - Insights Analyst


Transport Certification Australia (TCA) seeks an Insights Analyst to join its growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual who has high attention to detail, a hands-on approach and who thrives in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Job Details/ Responsibilities:

The Insights Analyst is responsible for the delivery of high quality, timely and effective written reports that meet the expectations of stakeholders. Specifically you will:

  • Analyse and interpret telematics data, to create engaging and insightful reports
  • Document your analysis and findings in a manner that is easily understood by a broad audience
  • Develop and implement databases, collection systems and data analytics strategies to optimise statistical efficiency and quality

Requirements/ Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience with advanced analytics software such as Alteryx, Rapidminer or similar. Additionally you will have experience in the visualisation of data using a variety of techniques. You will be able to demonstrate excellent report writing, research and analytical skills, and will possess a thorough knowledge of databases such as MSSQL and MySQL. Knowledge of heavy vehicle transport planning principles is desirable, as is a tertiary qualification in maths, economics, computer science, information management or statistics.

This role is based in the Melbourne CBD, and the successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Police Check.

Position - General Manager Corporate Operations

 

Job Summary

Transport Certification Australia (TCA) seeks a highly skilled executive level General Manager to manage a team in the delivery of projects in the Telematics, C-ITS, and transport fields.

The role of General Manager Corporate Operations is to establish and maintain hands-on leadership in the corporate management of TCA. This role will lead the Corporate Operations division to deliver effective and efficient corporate administration, finance, legal, human resources, knowledge management, and Information Communications Technology (ICT) services to the organisation.
